Local Delivery Driver in Pittsburgh, PA
Starting Pay $18.00 per hour
Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay!
This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours:
- Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 4pm
- Saturday: 8am – 12pm
- Sunday: Closed
The Pittsburgh Paints Co. is seeking dependable and punctual Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently transport products from our store to customers. This role also includes supporting in-store operations as needed. If you’re a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities may include
- Transport products from our store to customers.
- Follow all safety protocols, including pre-trip vehicle inspections.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Loading of material to the vehicle per PPC Standards.
- Support store operations as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
- Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
