Overview

Solace is seeking dynamic individuals with outstanding technical, business, and interpersonal skills to drive Solace's Customer Success Activities. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with Solace customers and collaborating with sales, solutions architects, and engineers to drive Solace Product Adoption and usage.

As part of your role, you will lead Customer Success activities at scale for SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM) customers. This includes defining onboarding and success plans, maintaining regular engagement, and ensuring customers are leveraging the AEM solution effectively to achieve their goals. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to expand value and drive long-term success.
