Description:
• Drive new business growth for UWorld Accounting & Finance Review products across an assigned multi-state territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, instructors, and directors of accounting and finance master's programs.
• Execute proactive local sales strategies with external clients, prospects, and partner organizations.
• Deliver account-specific presentations, demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and other sales events.
• Manage prospects through the sales funnel from lead generation to closing and renewal.
• Support and grow the existing customer base while expanding market presence.
• Represent the business at universities, conferences, and accounting industry events within the territory.
• Develop individualized sales and marketing strategies for designated accounts and regions.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on UWorld Accounting products and related exam review programs.
Requirements:
• 7 years of sales experience with a proven record of success and high professional standards.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding goals and sales quotas, preferably in technology or educational technology.
• Experience working in new verticals is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Up to 50% travel required, including overnight interstate travel and occasional extended car travel.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Google tools, and Chrome.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others without formal authority.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, and technology skills.
• Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and highly organized.

• Base salary plus commission with total compensation of $100,000 to $150,000 and unlimited upside.
