Job Summary

We're seeking customer service representatives to work remotely and provide top-notch support to students, parents, and educators who reach out to our non-profit client for assistance. As a customer service representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for callers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
