About the Role
Were seeking a confident and persuasive closer to help convert our steady flow of qualified inbound leads into long-term clients. Youll represent EZ MD Solutions and its brands (VirtualCare Assistants, MediBilling, Virtual Medical Scribes, etc.), guiding potential clients through the decision-making process and finalizing service agreements.
Your success will come from understanding each practices pain points, tailoring our solutions, and confidently handling negotiations until the deal is signed.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual discovery and demo calls with healthcare practices across the US.
- Identify needs and propose customized solutions across VMA, billing, scribing, or marketing services.
- Negotiate pricing, address objections, and finalize contracts professionally.
- Manage CRM (Zoho Bigin) pipeline, follow-up cadence, and proposal tracking.
- Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams post-closure to ensure a smooth handover.
- Track and report key sales metrics including close rate, deal value, and response times.
- Stay informed on healthcare compliance basics (HIPAA, RCM workflow) and company service updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, BPO, or tech-enabled services.
- Demonstrated success in closing inbound leads (not just prospecting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication with neutral accent.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Confident, self-motivated, and consistent in follow-ups.
- Comfortable working US business hours.
