Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls (75-120 per day) in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing effective solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining our call center database by accurately entering information, ensuring that customer records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction, providing a consistent and professional experience for our customers.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A minimum of one year of Call Center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- A High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to our systems and tools.

Additionally, we prefer candidates with:
