Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing legendary customer service to our passengers at the ticket counter, baggage service office, and gate area. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. This is a union-based role that requires working assigned shifts based on seniority, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
