Our team is passionate about building lasting relationships with our customers, and we're committed to helping them achieve their goals through our innovative products and services. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, focusing on enrollment, sales, and client representation. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging with potential customers to guide them through the enrollment process and effectively promote Frontier's wireless services to meet and exceed sales goals. * Assisting prospective customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently. * Educating customers on product offerings and benefits to facilitate informed decisions. * Actively promoting and selling products and services to new and existing customers, achieving monthly sales targets. * Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner. * Providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. * Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Position Overview** * **Work Environment:** This role involves both office-based training and on-site customer interactions at designated field locations. As a Customer Representative, you'll engage face-to-face with potential customers to drive enrollments. * **Position Type:** Full-Time * **Pay:** Commission Only - Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. Each Associate is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week. * **Schedule:** Monday-Saturday, averaging 30-40 hours per week. * **Compensation:** 100% Commission-Based - Associates earn a minimum of $70 per new customer enrollment.
