We are looking for a CRO expert specialized in Shopify e-commerce, with a strong visual and conversion-driven mindset, to improve the performance of our online stores.
The goal is to optimize what already exists: product images, key sections, visual hierarchy, and trust elements, in order to increase conversion rates. This is not a full redesign role. We are looking for someone who can quickly identify friction points and propose concrete, actionable improvements.
This is a long-term collaboration if results are good.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze product pages and key pages (homepage, collections, PDPs)
- Identify conversion blockers (clarity, visuals, trust, structure)
- Optimize or improve conversion-oriented images, including: product images reassurance visuals, icons, comparison blocks, before/after visuals
- Improve visual hierarchy and offer readability
- Propose simple, effective CRO optimizations
- Work directly within Shopify (no heavy development required)
Profile We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in CRO for e-commerce
- Strong understanding of user behavior and buying psychology
- Excellent visual sense focused on conversion
- Ability to clearly explain why an image, section, or layout needs to be changed
- Comfortable working with Shopify constraints
- Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
Required Skills :
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- E-commerce UX/UI analysis
- Image optimization for conversion
- Shopify funnel understanding
- Canva, Figma, Gemini Nano Banana or similar tools
- Ability to work with simple data sources (customer feedback, heatmaps if available)
