Job Description:
• Develop and implement CRM strategies and automations to drive lead generation, conversions, and lifetime value.
• Plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Improve conversions through A/B testing and marketing-focused copywriting.
• Analyze CRM data to extract actionable insights and monitor campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as affiliate operations, product, and development.
• Maintain and update existing CRM flows, performing routine quality assurance tasks.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that drive measurable results.
• Experience with A/B testing and player segmentation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Creative thinking and copywriting skills for campaign design and execution.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with Customer.io is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
