Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorneys to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on broad based business immigration matters, including: Adjustment of Status, RFEs, IV & NIV matters. Must be able to work PST hours. Remote opportunity.

The Successful Applicant
• JD or LLM from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
• Member in good standing of a US State Bar
• Experience as a practicing business immigration attorney
• Must have adjustment of status experience and RFE experience
• Available to work PST hours and support a team remotely
