**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing thoughtful, caring, and efficient support
* Troubleshoot straightforward and complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions
* Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, applying knowledge to enhance customer experiences
* Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions
* Consistently meet set targets for pace and quality in live chat and email, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Identify system issues and communicate with the Product Operations team to ensure seamless product development
* Escalate non-standard customer experiences to ensure timely and effective resolution
**Who We're Looking For:**
* Availability for a consistent daily shift, with a schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekend and holiday coverage
* Residency in one of the following states: Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, or Utah
* Strong dynamic writing skills, with a focus on grammar and spelling
* Excellent reading comprehension to identify the root cause of customer issues
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
* Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer support experience is a plus

**Cash Compensation Range:**
