Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Home Care Provider with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll be responsible for providing a range of care services to our clients, including:

• Helping clients take prescribed medication and managing their medication schedules
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house, including transfers and ambulation
• Providing personal care and hygiene services, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Preparing meals and snacks that meet our clients' dietary needs and preferences
• Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
• Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
• Performing other duties as required, such as running errands and accompanying clients to appointments

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful as a Home Care Provider with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll need:

• Previous caregiving experience, either in a professional or personal capacity
• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives
• Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Unwavering patience and compassion, even in challenging situations
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and facilities
• Ability to pass a background check
