- Execute due diligence on infrastructure assets, drawing on financial statements, third-party reports, and market data
- Support structuring and negotiation of project finance debt, tax equity, and equity investments across distributed and behind-the-meter energy transactions
- Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to Generate's Investment Committee
- Manage deal execution workstreams, coordinating across legal, technical, and financial advisors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Legal, FP&A, Accounting, and Asset Operations teams to support transaction execution and portfolio management
- Support business development and ongoing relationship management with developers, lenders, and strategic partners
- Support portfolio monitoring by collaborating with the Asset Operations and Portfolio Finance teams on asset-level performance and reporting

- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a transaction context
- Clear and compelling communicator, both in writing and in presentations to senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial and ownership-oriented; comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information
