They are seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support their growing client services team and help drive measurable revenue through the affiliate channel.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in executing campaigns across Amazon Creator Connections and attribution platforms like Levanta and Wayward
- Manage affiliate and partner communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and relationship support
- Review, process, and track product sample requests for creator activations and campaign launches
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, creators, and publisher partners while researching content opportunities and promotional strategies to drive growth
- Maintain and update client dashboards for accurate, timely reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly client-facing KPI presentations highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon affiliate and performance marketing
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably with affiliate marketing experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and optimize performance
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, comfortable handling high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with precision
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a client-facing role
- Technically proficient with Google Workspace and data processing/analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA
