About the Role As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing statistical models to inform marketing strategies and drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Marketing Mix Models for various business units, analyzing the impact of marketing investments on business outcomes. Transform model outputs into actionable insights, providing recommendations to stakeholders on media performance and trends. Create engaging, data-driven presentations that communicate complex analytics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Build and maintain statistical models to analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement. Perform exploratory data analysis to validate data quality and gain insights into business operations. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in analytics, statistics, and data mining. Here are the essential qualifications and preferred skills we're looking for: Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, data mining, or a related field, with a focus on statistical modeling and data analysis. Proficiency in R or Python programming languages for data mining and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytics to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications High scalability with R or Python for data mining and analysis. Prior experience working in a media company or analytics consulting firm.
