Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work From Home Customer Account Advisor (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team. Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy • Assist clients with account management, including updates and troubleshooting • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or surveys • Handle data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details • Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding • Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing concerns and offering appropriate solutions • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions • Support clients with billing questions, including cash handling when necessary • Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference Requirements • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or client services preferred but not required • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills • Ability to handle outbound calling and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively • Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting This role provides an excellent entry point into the customer service industry, offering opportunities for growth and skill development in a supportive environment.
