This 10-hour per week, fully remote position offers the perfect opportunity for individuals seeking supplementary income and a flexible work arrangement. You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the growth and development of our customer support processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and empathetic manner * Collaborate with the support team to identify and address recurring issues and develop new support strategies * Assist in improving customer support processes and documentation, including creating new templates and workflows * Document and share customer feedback on improvements and feature requests * Participate in support meetings and discussions to stay informed about customer concerns and solutions * Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest new ideas to enhance the customer support experience **Characteristics of a Successful Candidate** * You're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences * You're comfortable interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures * You possess solid typing skills and can communicate effectively in writing * You've worked remotely in the past and understand the benefits and challenges of distributed teams * You're a problem solver by nature, able to seek out answers and solutions independently * You're committed to continuous learning and improvement, always looking for ways to enhance the customer support experience **Scope of Work** * Answering Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support inquiries from our Free, Pro, and Business customers * Providing training and support with Tier 2 support tickets during your onboarding process * Assisting in improving customer support processes and documentation * Documenting and sharing customer feedback on improvements and feature requests * Participating in blithequark's social and cultural initiatives **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Responding to around 20 customer queries per day, ranging from troubleshooting problems to managing customer accounts and subscriptions * Joining support meetings and discussions to stay informed about customer concerns and solutions * Helping the team find new ways of offering support, such as introducing new tagging and templates * Identifying customer feedback or issues that need to be shared with the team **Measuring Success** * Quality of responses * Volume of tickets answered * Number of replies per resolve * Customer Satisfaction rating **What We Offer** * A competitive flat rate of $23 per hour globally, £17 per hour for UK candidates, and €20 for European candidates * A flexible, 10-hour per week schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic, remote work environment * A supportive team that values diversity, inclusivity, and empathy * A chance to contribute to the growth and development of blithequark's customer support processes **Background Checking** We perform background checks on certain roles to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees.
