The successful candidate will connect with our clients using various online platforms, managing inquiries related to card member accounts, resolving any issues they may encounter, and performing related duties to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will become an integral part of our team, contributing to the refinement of our customer care approach and helping us exceed our service objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and guiding customers through the use of our online services. You will partner with other teams to escalate and resolve concerns, ensuring our cardmembers receive prompt and effective responses. Requirements 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online platforms. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong empathy and problem-solving skills. 5. Previous customer service experience preferred. 6. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities 1. Handle inbound customer service inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency. 4. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions. 5. Assist customers with online navigation and troubleshooting. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
