Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:
- Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into our system database.
- Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information, and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database.
- Reviewing data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.
- Following data program security practices and procedures at all times to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our data.
- Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily.
- Performing other varied clerical duties, such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading, as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
