As a Video Editing Intern, you will support the creative and marketing teams by assisting in the production of engaging and high-quality video content. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their journey in video production and editing, providing hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and workflows. You will collaborate closely with senior editors and other cross-functional teams to create impactful visual stories for digital platforms.
Requirements
- Assist in Video Projects: Work under the guidance of senior editors to edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Basic Post-Production: Support in tasks such as trimming, sequencing, color correction, adding text overlays, transitions, and basic visual effects.
- Sound Design: Assist with basic audio cleanup, background music selection, and syncing audio with visuals to ensure a smooth viewer experience.
- Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and marketers to align video content with brand tone and messaging.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain video project files, stock assets, and raw footage libraries for efficient access and reuse.
- Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from team members to refine video edits and improve storytelling.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain editing guidelines or templates for consistent output across video projects.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with trends in video content, editing styles, and new features in editing software to enhance your skills.
