As a thought leader in paid social, you'll have a passion for innovative and strategic approaches, with a track record of delivering high-caliber results. You'll work closely with other agency leaders to develop and implement best-in-class socially innovative strategies, providing thought leadership on paid social campaign strategies, audience segmentation, data-driven media plans, and applying industry-leading technologies to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities• Curate leading social media approaches for clients and agency leadership to drive business forward• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client counterparts and serve as a key agency contact and internal agency partner• Act as a thought leader on topics of social innovation, providing expertise on advanced media and business challenges• Develop cutting-edge social strategy and thought leadership, generating points of view on new social media products and industry trends• Identify, monitor, and recommend the adoption of new platforms, evaluating trends around social analytics and applying them to business approaches• Enjoy being a key partner to social media publishers and partners, identifying client innovation opportunities• Facilitate each team member's growth and development, providing guidance and support to ensure their successAbout YouWe're looking for a talented and experienced professional with a passion for social media and a track record of delivering innovative and strategic results. If you have:• A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 12+ years of experience in social marketing on the brand, media, or agency side• Entertainment experience, with theatrical and/or streaming experience a plus• Experience leading a team and clients in a holding company/media agency environment• A solid understanding of all major biddable platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Snapchat• Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools a plus• Strong interest in the social technology marketplace, including awareness of key publishers, products, and trends• Excellent presentation skills and strong skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making• Collaboration-minded, with a clear and articulate communication style and the ability to direct and coach team members• Demonstrated ability to articulate and address client concerns, maintaining positive relationshipsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $225,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
