Yomali Group is scaling fast and we need a visionary Sales Director to build our centralized sales function from scratch. You’ll be the first hire shaping a high-impact, portfolio-wide sales engine across our companies.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and launch a centralized sales and marketing function.
- Identify new markets, prioritize business units, and drive revenue growth.
- Build scalable sales processes for SMB clients.
- Close early deals while recruiting and developing your team.
- Collaborate directly with CEOs to define strategy and execute with impact.
- Experiment creatively to find and scale winning approaches.
Who You Are:
- Entrepreneurial with multiple successes in building/scaling businesses.
- Calm, analytical, and eloquent, with the conviction to influence action.
- Skilled communicator with high emotional intelligence for B2B enterprise sales.
- Experience in digital software, online technology, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
