BACKGROUND: • 1/+ years of copywriting experience. • Ability to write copy in a variety of marketing channels (website, email marketing, social media, digital ads, editorial placement, blog posts, packaging, print materials, external and internal sales materials, and more). • Strong knowledge of content marketing principles (including SEO) and digital marketing strategies. Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Strong project management and critical thinking skills. • Need excellent grammar, writing, and editorial skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented (role involves being the primary proofreader to ensure that all copy is error-free). • Creative, entrepreneurial skill set will be paramount in this role.
