This role is pivotal in defining the visual identity and enhancing the digital footprint of a startup. You will not only design brand assets but also create user experiences that drive engagement. Your work will involve developing a responsive website that resonates with the audience and meets business objectives, drawing inspiration from leading platforms. The ideal candidate should be adept with design tools and have a flair for creativity in a vibrant startup landscape.
Responsibilities
• Shape Brand Identity: Design a cohesive visual identity (logo, typography, color palette, brand book) that captures the startup’s vision.
• Craft Intuitive Digital Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows.
• Build a Standout Website: Design and develop a responsive, user-centric website from concept to launch, aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with the founder to refine designs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs.
Requirements
• 5+ years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup environments.
• Background delivering web-based SaaS projects (preferably related to media).
• Strong proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, and AI-based design solutions like framer.com.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications.
• Ability to create or maintain a comprehensive brand guide.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern UX/UI best practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time EST.
