Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in telemetry or cardiac care
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and NIHSS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to pass EKG competency testing prior to assignment start
• Comfortable with floating to other units as needed; no on-call responsibilities
• Familiarity with team nursing models and managing patient ratios approximately 1:7-8
• Commitment to covering every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
• Willingness to adhere to the holiday scheduling policies
