As a Training Sr Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Centers of Medicaid and Medicare Services. You will play a crucial role in raising program integrity performance standards and professionalism.
● Lead a team of training and event support staff
● Collaborate with Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) partners, Medicaid Agencies, and subject matter experts
● Drive program integrity performance standards and professionalism
● Utilize training platforms and video editing software
● Develops and administers schedule, performance requirements
● Identifies training needs and priorities by working with business leaders and critical stakeholders
● Designs team strategy and strategy for execution
● Leads stakeholder engagement
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your training expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Training Sr Manager must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to management level staff
● Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
● Role requirements: Travel 10%
