Team Manager Trainee

This is a remote position. Role Overview The Team Manager Trainee is an early-stage operations leadership role designed to build future Team Managers for BFG. This role focuses on execution, process management, KPI tracking, and workflow optimization within accounting, tax, and payroll services. Key Responsibilities • Assist in managing workflow of accounting, tax, and payroll teams • Track deadlines, turnaround times, and SLA adherence • Prepare MIS reports and KPI dashboards • Analyze performance trends and identify gaps • Document SOPs and improve processes • Coordinate across teams and ensure task completion • Track errors and support root cause analysis Requirements Required Qualifications MBA in Operations (Preferred), Finance, or Business Analytics Experience 6–24 months in Operations, MIS/Reporting, Project Coordination, or SLA-driven environments (BPO/KPO/Financial Services preferred) Technical Skills • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards) • Data analysis and reporting • ERP/CRM exposure (preferred) Core Competencies • Structured thinking • Analytical mindset • Ownership and initiative • Process orientation Performance Metrics • SLA adherence • Accuracy and error reduction • KPI reporting quality • Process improvement contributions Ideal Candidate • MBA with 1–2 years operations/MIS experience • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Experience in structured environments • Detail-oriented and execution-focused Home Office Requirements To ensure productivity and uninterrupted work, candidates must have: - A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace - A laptop with dual monitors - High-speed internet with minimum speeds of: - 150 Mbps download - 9 Mbps upload - (Test your speed at www.speedtest.net) - Backup internet solution (e.g., mobile hotspot or alternate broadband) - Reliable power supply with a backup source (e.g., inverter or UPS) ​ Benefits Career Path Team Manager Trainee → Team Manager → Senior Team Manager → Unit Head ​ Benefits Compensation Structure - Training Period (6 Months): ₹15,000/month as an incentive - Post-Training (Full-Time): ₹25,000/month (based on performance review)  "Benefits Eligibility After Successful Completion of Probation Period" - Flexible Paid Holidays - Flexible Personal Days - Paid Holidays for Christmas and New Year - Paid Sick Days - Paid Vacation - Paid Health Insurance for the Team Member (with the option to include family members) - Accidental Insurance up to ₹5 Lakhs - 5% Annual Salary Increment - Monthly Bonus - Yearly Profit Sharing ​
