Role Overview
The Team Manager Trainee is an early-stage operations leadership role designed to build future Team Managers for BFG. This role focuses on execution, process management, KPI tracking, and workflow optimization within accounting, tax, and payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing workflow of accounting, tax, and payroll teams
• Track deadlines, turnaround times, and SLA adherence
• Prepare MIS reports and KPI dashboards
• Analyze performance trends and identify gaps
• Document SOPs and improve processes
• Coordinate across teams and ensure task completion
• Track errors and support root cause analysis
Requirements
Required Qualifications
MBA in Operations (Preferred), Finance, or Business Analytics
Experience
6–24 months in Operations, MIS/Reporting, Project Coordination, or SLA-driven environments (BPO/KPO/Financial Services preferred)
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
• Data analysis and reporting
• ERP/CRM exposure (preferred)

- Training Period (6 Months): ₹15,000/month as an incentive
