Job Description:
• Participate in the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and modification of healthcare information systems
• Work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare
• Collaborate with project teams involved in the development and implementation of clinical systems
• Recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and efficiency
• Define training requirements and assist with end-user training for automated systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• 3 years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience or 2 years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system OR Associate’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR High School diploma/GED and more than 5 years of relevant experience can substitute required experience OR Masters Degree and 2 years of experience
• Familiarity with Epic applications including Beacon, Genomics, Phoenix, Kaleidoscope, and Revenue cycle applications
