Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who work remotely, and we're looking for someone to join our Customer Support team.
As a Customer Relations Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to user needs in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer support via email, social media, and other channels. You will investigate, test, and resolve customer issues, process refunds, and compile chargeback disputes. You'll also collaborate with our team through regular video meetings and contribute to testing our sites before and after updates.
