About the position
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, Americas, the Strategy Consultant will play a high-visibility role at the center of the business, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the regional growth agenda. This is a unique opportunity to work across Wholesale, Retail, Online, and Insurance channels throughout the Americas, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic and commercial challenges.
The role offers hands-on experience driving enterprise-level strategy within a global organization, leading high-impact consulting assignments from concept through execution. Ideal for a curious, ambitious strategist, this position provides accelerated learning, meaningful influence, and the chance to directly contribute to decisions that shape the future growth of the business.
Responsibilities
• Support building and cascading the Americas Regional Strategy to drive growth
• Contribute to development of Business Unit strategies
• Drive selected and lead implementation of strategic priorities
• Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions
• Prepare pitches for new initiatives including feasibility analyses
• Ensure buy-in, ownership and continuous reinforcement of strategic initiatives
• Develop and deliver effective decision-making materials for both Executive Management and the WSA Board of Directors
Requirements
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a management consultant or in-house strategy consultant
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure momentum across all
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage a complex matrix organization
• Possess excellent quantitative and qualitative skills
• Structured problem-solver
• Ability to reduce complexity and communicate via PowerPoints, Excel and other tools
