Job Description Summary

This Senior Staff Application Operations Engineer role is responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications and related data processing platforms and services supporting the Digital Technology Quality Operations space. This role will ensure the team has the facilities, tools, resources and skills needed to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of Application Operations delivery SLAs, critical knowledge-based documentation, and development of talented resources capable to deliver on execution metrics.

This role is responsible for maintaining and reporting out on metrics related to incident management, change controls, support coverage, and provisioning compliantly. This role is responsible for technical domain, functional domain, sustainment/operations, or deployment for the Digital Technology quality operations organization.

Specifically, this role will lead L3/L2/L1 support team in concert with the Technical Product Managers within the Digital Technology Quality Operations landscape supporting a portfolio of business-critical applications used throughout Engineering, Supply Chain, MRO sites, and our suppliers.
