As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft, update, and build solutions for our global marketing landing pages, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and create exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for: Maintaining design toolkits and libraries for our global marketing landing page framework Designing and updating landing pages, modules, and creating high-fidelity wireframes and mockups for presentations Brainstorming and ideating to support innovating customer experiences Cross-collaborating with product and growth marketing strategy teams, copywriters, designers, art directors, and the Lead Product Designer to realize business goals and effective design solutions Building customer-centric design solutions for global testing and marketing roadmaps across landing pages and ad products To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience working as a web designer for a product or service A portfolio reflecting a strong sense of pixel-perfect user-centric understanding of message hierarchy, typographic and layout, while showing proficiency in Javascript and CSS Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design solutions A passion for adapting to new workflows and tools An understanding of acquisition and conversion-based web design methodologies Experience working with data for testing, research, and market analysis to advise design decisions Proficiency in tools for prototyping: Figma, Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google We offer a competitive salary range of $129,900 to $174,100 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
