Speech Language Pathologist – SLP In Home
We are seeking a full time speech and language pathologist to join our home health pediatric therapy practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado!

Job Duties
- Evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses across all areas of speech, swallowing, and/or communication.
- Develops, documents, implements and re-evaluates the patient’s Plan of Care.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records on all patients.
- Instructs, educates, and counsels other health team personnel and family members.
Minimum QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clinical Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MA, MS) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current Colorado DORA - SLP License (or able to obtain)
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
