Job Title: Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Comment Moderator for Home Improvement Brand Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented social media comment moderator to manage and respond to comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for one of our home improvement company clients. Responsibilities: Monitor comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts, reels, and ads Respond to questions and comments in a friendly, professional, and on-brand tone Remove spam, inappropriate, or negative comments when necessary Flag potential leads and inquiries for follow-up Escalate issues or comments to the team when needed Maintain a consistent daily schedule for moderation (2–3 check-ins per day minimum) Requirements: Strong written English communication skills Prior experience with social media moderation (preferred) Ability to follow brand voice guidelines Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms Ability to handle negative comments professionally and not take things personally Responsiveness and reliability Bonus if you have: Experience working with home improvement brands Experience using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business tools Knowledge of common customer service and lead generation best practices Estimated Time: 1–2 hours per day to start (can increase as campaigns grow).
