Responsibilities
- Own the Full Cycle: Manage the entire journey from initial outreach to final signature—navigating discovery, presenting value, and closing deals with speed and precision
- Master the Fundamentals: Build a world-class foundation in sales and business operations, quickly absorbing new processes to drive efficiency in our highest-volume segment
- Solve Problems in Real-Time: Act as a proactive troubleshooter, identifying roadblocks as they arise and finding creative solutions to keep deals moving forward
- Maximize Every Minute: Exercise elite time management to balance a high volume of tasks, ensuring no lead is left behind while maintaining a sharp focus on your daily targets
- Learn and Adapt Fast: Embrace a "student of the game" mentality—staying open to feedback, rapidly iterating on your approach, and evolving your skill set every single day

Skills
- 0 - 1 year of full-cycle sales or work experience, with a strong track record of success in previous role or school
- SaaS or PaaS sales experience is a plus, or equivalent experience in a related B2B tech environment
- Excellent communication skills, with genuine curiosity, active listening ability, and an authentic approach with prospects
- A self-starter mentality: you don't wait for direction—you create momentum, find solutions, and drive outcomes
- Comfort with ambiguity, paired with strong organization, adaptability, and optimism
- High coachability, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset
- A passion for wellbeing and helping people live healthier, happier lives
- Prior experience in B2B Sales
