Position Overview – Why This Role Matters We are seeking a highly motivated SMB Customer Success Manager to champion the success of veterinary office staff who rely on arenaflex’s platform. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Training - Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for veterinary office staff, delivering a smooth, confidence‑building start with the arenaflex platform. - Design and conduct engaging training sessions—both live and virtual—to equip clients with the knowledge needed to navigate and maximize platform capabilities. - Develop customized onboarding resources, including step‑by‑step guides, video tutorials, and FAQ libraries, tailored to the unique workflows of veterinary practices. Ongoing Client Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned veterinary clinic accounts, cultivating deep, strategic relationships. - Apply arenaflex’s SMB playbook to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service and proactive support. - Maintain a comprehensive client health dashboard, tracking key metrics such as usage frequency, adoption rates, and satisfaction scores.
