Requirements:
Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting;
Two years of experience in an IT Researcher position;
English from Upper intermediate (work in an international team);
Negotiation skills and experience in working with objections;
Knowledge of programming technology differences;
Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance;
Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility.
Will be a plus:
Practical sales experience will be a big advantage;
Previous experience with foreign markets (Europe, Latin America);
Responsibilities:
Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
Active Search: Х-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
Maintenance of candidate base;
Market research.
