As a Senior UX Copywriter at Facet, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products by crafting engaging copy. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive and informative experiences for our members. You'll craft clear, actionable copy that embodies our brand’s voice and tone while also being a key contributor in shaping that voice and balancing both long-term content strategy and tactical day-to-day execution. This role reports to the Head of Product Design.
Responsibilities:
- Craft jargon-free, concise, user-friendly, and performant content for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers from ideation to launch.
- Advocate for content decisions in cross-functional and executive reviews, translating user insights and strategic rationale.
- Participate in rapid experimentation and user testing, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to validate copy decisions will meet performance goals.
- Transform user insights into effective and engaging content solutions.
- Write and edit a wide range of content, including microcopy, user interface text, onboarding flows, help documentation, FAQs, transactional emails, error messages, and in-app notifications.
- Evolve and maintain content style guides including brand voice and tone for Facet's products, ensuring adoption across the company.
- Partner with legal and compliance to ensure content adheres to regulations.
Requirements
- Online portfolio of UX writing samples required for consideration.
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior UX Copywriter for a consumer product.
- This role isn’t just writing microcopy - it’s about injecting brand personality throughout the product. Strong examples of this execution in your portfolio is a must.
- Proven experience conducting user research and applying diverse research methodologies to inform content decisions.
- Experience in the Financial industry is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- $130,000 - $160,000 annual salary + Bonus + Equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
