Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant with deep expertise in the U.S. pharmaceutical ecosystem. Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain operations, or market access to support high-impact client engagements nationwide. This is a full-time role designed for a strategic operator and advisor who can move seamlessly between executive-level problem framing and hands-on delivery, helping organizations navigate complexity, drive transformation, and solve problems. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and support initiatives across the end-to-end pharmaceutical value chain, including manufacturers, wholesalers, pharmacies, and other related stakeholders. You will play a critical role in shaping client strategy, driving engagement execution, and enabling adoption of technology, data, and process improvements that scale. Primary Responsibilities • Lead client engagements focuses on supply chain rransformation, distribution, and DSCSA compliance • Manage and/or coach more junior team members in engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, translating challenges and opportunities into structured, actionable solutions. • Contribute to the company's growth by presenting consulting engagement proposals to customers. • Design and implement process improvements in work delivery, including documentation, client offerings, and systems. • Identify opportunities for further engagements to drive long-term client value. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in the US Pharmaceutical industry, • Experience in multiple areas of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain operations, or market access is mandatory • Proven ability to lead complex teams and cross-functional initiatives at scale • Background in consulting, strategy, operations, and program management is highly desired • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as DSCSA and the operational implication is desired but not mandatory. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to gain the trust of senior stakeholders and communicate clearly. • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to move from strategy into execution. • Comfortable with working across technology and business disciplines. • Although not required, preference will be given to candidates that reside in the Chicago Area.
