Job Description:
• Own the analytics that shape how we invest, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts
• Evaluate spend and analyze performance versus plan
• Drive performance media budgeting and forecasting
• Identify key performance drivers and diagnose issues
• Develop connections with business partners in Marketing
• Ensure analytics are decision-ready delivering accurate outputs
• Continuously improve analytical processes
Requirements:
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in evaluation of spend, efficiency, and performance
• Ability to communicate insights to leadership
