We’re seeking a Senior Lead Email Marketer who is both a data-driven tactician and a pipeline-generating closer — someone who doesn’t just send emails, but books meetings that turn into deals.
This is not a support role. You’ll be expected to take ownership of lead generation strategy, outbound execution, and campaign performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Build, deploy, and manage outbound email campaigns using Apollo.io, Instantly, GMass, or similar tools
- Scrape, filter, and enrich contact data from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web-based sourcing
- Manage email warm-up, deliverability, domain rotation, and response tracking
- Develop high-performing sequences using ChatGPT and proven copy frameworks
- Implement automations and track outreach metrics across Gsuite, CRM, and campaign dashboards
- Conduct vertical research and prioritize prospecting efforts where 5–6 figure deals are likely
- Directly contribute to deal flow and top-line revenue by generating at least 12 quality meetings per month with decision-makers
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, call-to-actions, and email timing
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in outbound email strategy and execution
- Deep expertise in data scraping, email list building, enrichment, and segmentation
- Comfortable working inside Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and automation platforms
- Proven knowledge of domain setup, inbox health, SPF/DKIM, and bounce rate control
- Excellent persuasive writing skills with the ability to tailor tone to brand, vertical, and role
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, tracking tools, and lead attribution logic
- You’re a closer — you know how to build curiosity, get replies, and book meetings that matter
Bonus:
- Background in selling marketing services, sponsorships, SaaS, or media at $25K+ deal size
- Performance Expectations
- Active contribution to revenue pipeline through verified outreach and follow-up
- Clear tracking of campaign ROI, meeting attribution, and deal status
- Proactive communication with internal leadership and cross-functional partners
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- Peripherals and Workspace:
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
