Our commitment to refreshing the world and making a difference is reflected in our purpose and growth culture, which is grounded in four key behaviors: curious, empowered, inclusive, and agile. **Job Summary** As a Senior Director, Customer Growth - West Region, you will lead a team of marketing strategists focused on delivering meaningful value for national and area customers in alignment with the West Region national and regional sales teams. This is a player-coach role that builds partnerships with top 20 customers and delivers our growth ambition by leading, coaching, and building capabilities around our FSOP Coca-Cola Commitment. You will serve as a strategic bridge between arenaflex and our West Region customers and their guests, representing the perspective/voice of customers in the aggregate concerning how arenaflex brands and capabilities can best serve their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Align with West Region to set priorities across the customer portfolio and communicate these priorities to the CM team so that appropriate long and near-term focus is given based on the work that matters most across the region portfolio of customers. * Build strategic relationships with C-Suite marketing executives with Top 20 West customers with the ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of their marketing needs. * Lead the West marketing business planning process and assure that top 50 customers have a Beverage Strategy in alignment with the FSOP Collaborative Business Planning process (CBP). * Actively participate in Sales routines, bringing the marketing lens and reporting back to appropriate CM teams to assure ongoing alignment between Marketing and Sales on how to deliver against customer needs and objectives. * Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and advancing Directors and marketing strategists with a focus on building best-in-class marketing capabilities, bench strength, and growth. * Model growth behaviors and lead a culture of empowerment that is focused on the development and motivation of individuals to achieve and sustain high performance. * Serve as a key strategic link between the West and our Atlanta-based Customer Value and Growth organization to ensure we are collaborating effectively. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred * 10+ years CPG experience, preferably with background/experience within Foodservice & On-Premise and/or in a Customer Marketing role in other industries/channels * Proven experience leading and inspiring teams * Location: Irvine, Denver, or Dallas preferred, West Coast * Travel: Approximately 25-30% **What We Can Do for You** * Iconic & Innovative Brands: Our portfolio represents over 250 products with some of the most popular brands in the world, including arenaflex, Simply, Fairlife & Topo Chico. * Expansive & Diverse Customers: We work with a diversified group of customers which range from retail & grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theatres, restaurants, and many more each day. * Best in Class Culture of Growth **Skills** * Business Planning * Influencing * Marketing * Marketing Strategies * People Leadership **Compensation & Benefits** * Pay Range: $211,000 - $238,400 * Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. * A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. * Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 50 * Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 20 **Our Purpose and Growth Culture** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
