**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing questions and payment options
* Processing adjustments, refunds, and managing billing inquiries
* Researching and resolving complex billing issues and customer complaints
* Maintaining a tracking log of escalated patient correspondence and providing updates to leadership
* Adhering to compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
* Ability to train for the first six weeks, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST
* Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
