Job Description:
• The Senior Change Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in NetImpact’s objective to establish a modular, interoperable, and scalable system that supports the client’s vision for a flexible, service-oriented architecture—capable of enhancing safety, efficiency, and adaptability in a complex, multi-domain environment.
• This role involves coordinating system change activities, ensuring safe, well-communicated transitions that minimize risk to traffic operations.
• The Senior Analyst collaborates with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective change implementation.
• Responsibilities: Lead efforts to analyze data sources, identify the best sources for stakeholder information, and establish and maintain relationships with key points of contact
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and has a working knowledge of the organization's business operations, objectives , and industry context to align change initiatives with strategic goals
• Analyze the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people
• Execute a plan to collect and update stakeholder information, establish mechanisms to collect feedback for ensuring ongoing data accuracy and relevance, and adjust plan for effective change management strategy
• Coordinate with the client and other Organizational Change Management (OCM) representatives to ensure stakeholder information is consistently reviewed and updated
• Assist in articulating requirements for the Stakeholder Management Tool to aligns with the needs of the stakeholders
• Support the development, testing, and training activities related to the stakeholder management tool and coordinate with training specialist to develop training objectives in meeting OCM needs
• Support OCM process and oversee development of OCM plans and other project deliverables: roadmap, communications plan, training plan, strategy, etc.
• Helps to identify and support key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the change initiative
• Tracks progress and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Supports pre / post-implementation surveys and the data collection, analysis, and reporting of results
• Ensure tool compliance with Government data categorization and protection standards
• Apply OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci , ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model) to develop and implement OCM assessments and strategies
• Work with training specialists to define training objectives and support the delivery of tailored training programs for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Required Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the purpose and benefits of change, as well as to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
• Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci , ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model)
• Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and making recommendations to refine OCM strategies.
• Understands human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics in the context of change
• Understands stakeholders needs, concerns, and influence within their organization
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent organization skills
• Preferred Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information, providing reports, and creating dashboards
• Eligible candidates with federal experience are prioritized
• Experience with using ServiceNow
• Advanced change management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Advanced Practitioner) is a plus.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Program Management Professional ( PgMP ), or equivalent certifications is a plus. Previous Federal Consulting Experience
