• *Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior B2B Sales Executive with 5-10 years experience selling consulting services into the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships in a highly competitive market. This role is instrumental in expanding our market presence in the healthcare industry, focusing on acquiring new greenfield clients, and establishing Sand Cherry Associates as the go-to partner for top-tier consulting services in healthcare. **This position is remote within the MT or PT zones, however it will require occasional travel to meet with the leadership team in Denver, CO, as well as** **occasional travel to clients throughout the mountain, central and pacific time zones.**
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong focus on acquiring new greenfield clients within the healthcare industry. Establish new clients within 3 months of hire and continue to acquire new clients each quarter thereafter.
• **Lead Generation:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead list by identifying potential clients, researching key decision-makers, and employing strategic outreach methods. Continuously expand your network to generate new leads and opportunities.
• **Strategic Selling:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives, and aligning our consulting services accordingly.
• **Consultative Approach:** Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive complex sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• **Market Insights:** Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to effectively position Sand Cherry’s services and drive competitive advantages.
• **Sales Materials:** Create and develop compelling sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies, tailored to meet the needs of potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our consulting services.
• **Collaboration with Account Director:** Work closely with the assigned Account Director to build a team of resources for each sales engagement. Ensure the collective team delivers high-quality output and fosters long-term relationship building with clients.
• **Partnership with Resourcing Team:** Collaborate with the Resourcing team to align project delivery with client expectations and ensure the necessary resources are in place for successful engagement execution.
• **Revenue and Margin Goals:** Ensure sales are structured to meet or exceed appropriate revenue and margin goals. Develop strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.
• **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting, providing regular updates to the Managing Director and contributing to strategic planning.
