What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
- Design and facilitate proof of concept across teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
- Translate proof of concept into scaled implementation plans, addressing both technical and people-related change impacts
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure value captured in business cases is realized in respective systems
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
