YOUR MISSION
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team to develop and implement AI solutions to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and software development, with experience in implementing and deploying enterprise AI services on cloud platforms. Additionally, this candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Study and understand our current business to identify potential areas where AI can be applied.
- Design the scalable, HA agentic AI system.
- Develop, implement and deploy AI solutions to solve real-world business problems.
- Monitor & optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with the AI team and software engineers to build, integrate, and maintain AI models in production systems.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize performance and cost for our system.
- Work collaboratively with software developers to ensure successful deployment of AI services.
- Communicate results and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning and AI application architectures.
- Training and coaching for junior members.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience software development with at least 3 years in AI engineering with proven hands-on work.
- Strong experience in software system design, Agentic AI architectural design patterns.
- Solid understanding of core AI concepts: reasoning, planning, RAG, multi-agent systems.
- Strong experience in AI Evaluation.
- Strong Python, FastAPI programming skills.
- Strong experience in cloud computing (AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS…etc).
- Familiar with microservices, event driven architectures.
- Familiar with setup a data pipeline with cost efficiency and security in mind.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn.
- Must have experience with using AI in your daily work, from learning, research to architecture, coding, testing and documenting. Familiar with Claude Code.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and integrate AI solutions to SaaS systems.
- Familiar with software engineering practices, such as version control, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new business domains and identify potential areas for AI applications.
- Experience fine-tuning generative AI models is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good in English communication.
