As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for entering large business orders into our system and updating spreadsheet information. Key Responsibilities
- Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Set up Profiles for all Excel orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently, meeting deadlines for Treasury and ensuring that all financial information is accurate and secure.
- Execute Customer Gift History lists, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Enter Catalog requests and address changes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and formulas with ease.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability, with the ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
- A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to produce high-quality written work and maintain a professional image.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues and challenges.
