About the Role
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will:
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions and experiences, ensuring seamless support for Intuit's TurboTax product
- Handle inbound calls to the TurboTax customer service center, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing tax advice
- Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Work Requirements and Expectations
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Commit to working at least 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during peak tax season
- Be available to schedule work during core hours, including some weekend hours
- Maintain a PCI-compliant workspace and have a reliable Ethernet connection
